Huzefa Sitabkhan

Huzefa Sitabkhan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Huzefa currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager - HR Strategy, Org Effectiveness & L&D Head at Rentokil PCI since April 2022. Prior to this, Huzefa worked as a Manager - HR Strategy & Org Effectiveness at Rentokil PCI from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Rentokil PCI, Huzefa worked at BARC India as a Manager - People Operations from June 2020 to June 2021. Huzefa also served as an Associate Manager Human Resources at BARC India from September 2018 to June 2020, where they handled various HR operations and responsibilities such as employee onboarding, talent acquisition, HR automation, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team.

Huzefa's work experience also includes a tenure at IndiaCast Media, where they held the position of Asst Manager - Human Resources from April 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they managed employee insurance and health benefits, HR operations, performance appraisal cycles, talent acquisition, L&D initiatives, and HRMS administration.

Prior to joining IndiaCast Media, Huzefa worked at Essar Group as a Deputy Manager HR from October 2014 to June 2015. During their time at Essar, they served as a Super Administrator for Essar's Learning Management System and played a key role in implementing an online platform to facilitate employee coaching and mentoring.

Huzefa's career began at Essar as an Executive Trainee in the L & OD Department from July 2011 to July 2012. In this role, they received mentorship and training in the field of Learning & Organizational Development.

Overall, Huzefa Sitabkhan has gained substantial experience in various HR roles, including HR strategy, org effectiveness, people operations, talent acquisition, HR automation, performance management, L&D, and HRMS administration.

Huzefa Sitabkhan began their education at St. Mary's School (I.C.S.E), Mumbai, where they obtained their ICSE degree between 1996 and 2006. Huzefa then attended H.R. College of Commerce and Economics from 2006 to 2008 and obtained their HSC degree in Business/Commerce. Huzefa went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Management Studies from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they attended Aston Business School and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Resource Management and Business. Huzefa Sitabkhan also obtained an additional certification in 2013, becoming an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
