Arthur Baylis

Arthur Baylis is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital customer experience and product management. Currently serving as Global Portfolio Lead - Digital Customer Experience and Product Owner at Rentokil Initial since August 2018, Arthur has been instrumental in optimizing digital interactions. Previously, Arthur held various roles at LeasePlan UK from September 2013 to July 2018, including Digital Product Manager, where responsibilities focused on enhancing website and mobile app usability and customer self-service. Arthur also operated as Digital Asset Implementation Manager, overseeing the launch of key digital products, and served as ISO14001 Implementation Manager, ensuring environmental management certification across sites.
