Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt currently serves as the Head of M&A and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Rentokil Initial since April 2012. In addition, Chris is a Board Member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty since August 2018. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Corporate M&A/Business Development at AstraZeneca from April 2005 to February 2012, where responsibilities included senior deal leadership, strategic analysis of inorganic opportunities, and hostile bid defense. Chris also served as Head of Finance for Primary Care at AstraZeneca UK Ltd, managing P&L accountability and defining finance strategy. Earlier in career, Chris was a Director at KPMG Transaction Services London, focusing on large, complex cross-border transactions. Chris is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW and holds a BA Hons in Accounting with Computing from the University of Kent.
