Aaron Jacobsen

Aaron Jacobsen is an experienced athletic coach and instructional designer with a strong background in eLearning and team management. Currently serving as Head Swim Coach at Lindbergh High School within the Renton School District, Aaron has developed a comprehensive team handbook and focuses on swimmer performance across all individual events. Previously, Aaron held various roles as a training project manager and instructional designer at Mackin Talent, where key achievements included standardizing instructional design procedures and creating extensive training programs for thousands of global employees. Aaron's coaching experience also encompasses leading the Rolling Hills Swim Team and providing virtual instruction at Tech Trep Academy. With advanced degrees in organizational performance and workplace learning, as well as English and health education, Aaron combines expertise in instructional design and athletics to enhance learning and performance in diverse settings.
