Matt Lam has worked in the Product Management field since 2016. Matt began their career at NexTravel as a Product Manager, where they supported over $70 million in annual booked travel. Matt was then promoted to Head of Customer Support, where they successfully scaled the support team to increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and lower cost of customer operations. Matt then moved to Convoso in 2021 as a Product Manager, followed by a move to RentRedi in 2022, where they currently work as a Product Manager.
Matt Lam attended Santa Clara University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Foothill College. In 2021, they obtained a Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies certification from Coursera. In 2019, they obtained a Learning Data Analytics certification from LinkedIn and an ARC Specialist Certification from Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC).
