Julia Wagner

Julia Wagner has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Julia is currently working as the Director of Human Relations/Workday at Rentschler Biopharma SE since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Schwäbisch Media as a Senior HR-Manager/Workday Consultant from August 2018 to August 2022. Julia also held the position of Assistant to the Digital Management/Project Management from October 2015 to July 2018, HR-Manager from January 2012 to October 2015, and leadership trainee from February 2010 to December 2011. Before joining Schwäbisch Media, Julia worked as a Marketing Assistant at Z-LASER GmbH from November 2008 to January 2010. Julia started their career as a Dual Student at Haufe Group from October 2005 to September 2008.

Julia Wagner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2005 to 2008. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Workday Recruiting Pro from Workday.
