Kristen Picard

Kristen Picard, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Rentschler Biopharma, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational effectiveness through employee development and the implementation of global initiatives. Kristen has extensive experience in quality strategy, learning and development, and compliance, with prior roles at Sanofi Genzyme, LakePharma, WPI's Biomanufacturing Education and Training Center, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Abbott Bioresearch Center. An expert in adult learning theory and operational excellence, Kristen holds a Ph.D. in Learning and Development from Lesley University, a Master of Science in Bioscience Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
