Roland Adingo, PE, CRL has extensive experience in the field of reliability engineering and maintenance. ROLAND started their career as an Electrical Distribution Supervisor, supervising projects to expand the access of electricity in rural Ghana. ROLAND then worked as an Instrumentation Technician at Ghana Standards Authority, where they performed laboratory equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.

Moving forward, Roland joined Electricity Company of Ghana Limited as an Electrical Engineer, where they gained valuable experience in electrical systems. ROLAND then worked as a Field Service Technician at Tomra of North America, where they installed and maintained various products and machines.

Roland's career took a shift when they joined Waste Management as a Plant Maintenance Tech (E & I). In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant systems and equipment, including conveyor belts, electrical motors, and HVAC systems. ROLAND later joined Wheelabrator Technologies Inc as a Power Plant Electrical and Instrumentation Eng/Tech, where they performed preventive maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and instrumentation equipment.

Roland then became a Power Plant Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer (Maintenance) at Exelon Energy. In this role, they operated, repaired, and maintained mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment at a combined-cycle power plant. ROLAND'sresponsibilities included using a computerized maintenance management system and ensuring spare parts inventory.

After gaining extensive experience in the power industry, Roland joined Pfizer as a Senior Reliability Engineer. Here, they provided technical expertise to maximize equipment availability and reliability while reducing maintenance costs. ROLAND also developed strategies to improve preventive maintenance processes and procedures.

Currently, Roland is working at Rentschler Biopharma SE as a Principal Reliability Engineer. ROLAND is responsible for identifying assets, failure modes, and proactive tasks to support the asset management program. ROLAND implements and improves predictive maintenance technologies and reliability engineering methodologies.

Roland Adingo, PE, CRL has an extensive education background. In 2024, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Project Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Master's of Engineering in Industrial Automation from the Engineering Institute of Technology. In 2011, they graduated from Regent University College of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation. Before that, from 2001 to 2004, they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Power Systems) from Takoradi Technical University in Ghana. Additionally, they have certifications including Airborne Ultrasound Detection, Level 1 from ANAB - ANSI National Accreditation Board in 2023, a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) Certification from the Association of Asset Management Professionals in 2022, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license from the Massachusetts State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors.
