Felipe Resendes has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Felipe began their career at Westgate Resorts in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2016, they joined Encore Resort at Reunion as a Reservations Specialist. Felipe then moved to Rentyl Resorts in 2017, starting as an Owner Ambassador and later progressing to the role of Owner Relations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Owner Relations at Rentyl Resorts.
Felipe Resendes has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida. Felipe also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College. In addition, Felipe has obtained several certifications including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn, Communication for the Global Workplace from Udemy, and Project Management Foundations: Teams from LinkedIn. Felipe has also earned a Business Specialist certification from Valencia College.
