Nicholas Falcone has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Nicholas started their career in 2011 as the CEO of NDM Hospitality, where they oversaw various businesses including F&B, retail management, and apartment management. Nicholas focused on providing exceptional customer service and experiences. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Rentyl Resorts, which aimed to redefine the vacation home experience by offering resort-like amenities and services. In 2020, Nicholas took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Spire Loyalty, a new age loyalty program that rewards individuals in various industries. Nicholas also integrated this loyalty program into Rentyl Resorts to enhance the guest experience.
Nicholas Falcone earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Florida State University from 2006 to 2010.
