Shannon Serventi has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Shannon is currently the Director of Sales at Rentyl Resorts, a position they began in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Sales Manager at Encore Resort Homes at Reunion from January 2021 to August 2021. Shannon also worked as a Sales Manager at Encore Resort at Reunion from November 2019 to January 2021.
Before their time at Encore Resort, Shannon worked at Legoland Florida Resort as the Trade Sales Manager for Hotel Sales from February 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that role, they were a Trade Sales Executive at LEGOLAND Florida from February 2011 to February 2016.
Shannon also has experience as a Sales Manager at Clarion Hotel & Conference Center Tampa/Busch Gardens from August 2010 to February 2011 and as a General Manager at Sleep Inn & Suites - Lakeland from July 2005 to August 2010.
Shannon's earlier career includes a role as an Admissions Counselor at Eckerd College from 2002 to 2005.
Shannon Serventi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science - Biology from Eckerd College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Shannon has certifications as a Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and as a Certified Revenue Management Executive from HSMAI.
