Steve Gulotta

Steve Gulotta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Steve started their career as a Director of Sales/Marketing for Celebration Homes in 2006, where they successfully directed all sales and marketing activities and achieved $4 million in sales within the first six months of the start-up. Steve then worked as a New Home Consultant for ICI Homes in 2009, where they contributed to the development of the company's green building program and re-established the ICI brand in a declining market. After that, they served as a Border Patrol Agent for the US Border Patrol from 2010 to 2013, ensuring the enforcement of laws and upholding the US Constitution. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Community Representative for Trilogy by Shea Homes, assisting baby boomers in finding their ideal retirement homes and explaining energy-efficient technologies to potential buyers. Steve then joined Lennar as the Vice President of Sales in 2015, where they supervised a sales team, coordinated with marketing for advertisements, and achieved monthly sales goals. In 2016, Steve became the Director of Sales for Luxury Residential Resorts (LRR), responsible for overseeing sales operations until 2021. In the same year, they also joined Rentyl Resorts as their Regional VP of Business Development Sales, focusing on expanding the company's services for land developers, builders, and resort owners. Finally, in 2017, Steve became the Managing Broker for P4LRealty LLC.

Steve Gulotta obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Daytona State College. Steve also studied Aviation Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In addition to their formal education, Steve has earned several certifications including a Licensed Community Association Manager from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2019, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker from the same department in 1997. Steve also holds certifications in various areas such as energy rating, green building, and property specialization.
