Thomas Pagnotta is an experienced purchasing and operations director with significant expertise in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Director of Purchasing at Rentyl Resorts since September 2018, Thomas oversees all purchasing processes for NDM Hospitality-managed resorts, including negotiations, vendor relationships, and product sourcing to ensure high quality at competitive prices. In addition to this role, Thomas has been the Director of Purchasing at NDM Hospitality Services since July 2012 and previously held the position of Director of Operations at Luxury Residential Resorts from May 2016 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing guest services, rental operations, and maintaining close communication with housekeeping teams.
