The Collections Team at RENU Management is responsible for overseeing and executing the collection of outstanding rents and fees from tenants across the company's extensive portfolio of single-family rental properties. This team ensures timely and efficient recovery of funds, manages tenant communication regarding overdue payments, negotiates payment plans, and maintains accurate records of all collection activities.
