Michael Blanton

Michael Blanton is the current Chief Technology Officer at Renu Robotics. Prior to this, they were the Engineering Group Manager at Oilfield Equipment Marketing, Inc. (OEM) from June 2018 to January 2019. Michael was also an Electrical Engineer at OEM from March 2018 to June 2018. From January 2010 to January 2018, they were a Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute, where they were part of the Robotics and Automation Engineering Section and Adaptive Technologies Section. Michael has also worked as an Engineer at Southwest Research Institute from January 2008 to January 2010.

Michael Blanton has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Michael also has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition, they have various certifications in electronics, project management, proposal preparation, marketing, and promoting research and development programs. Michael is also a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from NI (National Instruments).
