Cesar Garcia Jr.

Cesar Garcia Jr. is an accomplished safety professional with extensive experience in managing health and safety operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Health & Safety Manager at Renu Inc. since August 2019, Cesar has developed a national safety program focused on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Previous roles include Safety Manager at Microsoft, where oversight of safety for subcontractors during the construction of a data center was a primary responsibility, as well as Safety Specialist at Intel Corporation, ensuring adherence to safety policies and various analytical assessment techniques. Cesar began a career in safety management following an earlier tenure at the Social Security Administration, where efforts were centered on fraud mitigation and compliance monitoring, and prior military service as a Quick Reaction Force Team Leader in the U.S. Army. Academically, Cesar holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
