Ben Keighley

Ben Keighley is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a wealth of experience in recruitment marketing and technology-driven businesses. Currently serving as a judge for the Recruitment Marketing Awards and as co-founder and director of Gaia, Ben has specialized in AI-powered recruitment solutions that significantly reduce costs. In addition, Ben is an investor in Renude.co, which focuses on AI technology in skincare, and Heights, a startup dedicated to brain care. Ben's previous roles include serving as a board member for Funnel Famous and advising various startups through their tenure at Routes 4 Media, where a successful digital ad agency was founded. Recognized as a Young Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist, Ben also co-founded an e-commerce business in their early twenties.
