Janine Naomi Grant

Janine Naomi Grant has a diverse work experience in various industries. Janine Naomi started their career as a Senior Branch Manager at Vector Marketing, where they excelled in recruiting and training new sales representatives. Janine Naomi then became a Senior Field Sales Manager, achieving high sales ranks and maintaining relationships with over 300 customers. As a District Manager, they were responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of 75+ sales representatives.

Grant later joined iHeartMedia as a Senior Integrated Marketing Consultant & Automotive Specialist, where they worked on strategic partnerships and integrated automotive marketing. Janine Naomi also served as the LGBTQ Outreach Coordinator for Miami - Ft. Lauderdale. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Training and Development for Marketing & Sales, where they developed comprehensive sales and marketing training programs for new account executives.

Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Marketing at Renuity, where they are building the largest network of D2C home improvement companies in North America. Renuity is a portfolio of tech-enabled direct-to-consumer home improvement companies.

From 2006 to 2007, Janine attended the University of Florida, where they studied Architecture.

In 2009, they participated in Semester At Sea / ISE, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography.

Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Janine attended the University of North Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photography.

In 2020, Janine received a certification in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University.

As of 2022, Janine is currently pursuing a Certified ScrumMaster® degree in Agile & Scrum from Agile Dad, a program that is expected to be completed in 2032.
