Jason MD Hart

Jason MD Hart is an experienced professional in quality assurance and software engineering with a strong background in leading teams and building QA departments across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of QA at Reorg since September 2020, Jason manages multiple offshore teams in India and Ukraine while overseeing testing activities for all products and releases. Previously, Jason worked at Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. as Senior Manager/Director, leading software teams for medical testing devices, and at Cambridge Semantics Inc. as Director of QA, where Jason notably increased automation from 5% to 60%. Jason's career also includes a role as QA Director at Comcast, directing large teams in commercial product testing. Jason holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
