Louisa Proctor

Louisa Proctor is an accomplished global leader with over 15 years of experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management at Reorg since February 2024, Louisa also holds positions as a Board Member and DEI Chair at Andover School of Montessori, and Founding Partner at SeasonforSqueezin since 2023. Previously, Louisa led the Learning & Talent Development function at HubSpot from 2010 to 2023, where significant achievements included the establishment of a global learning organization, transformation of performance management systems, and integration of DEI principles into talent programming. Louisa's career began at 451 Marketing, where various roles included Search Marketing Specialist. Educationally, Louisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Management, and Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
