Mitch Oates

Mitch Oates is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Covenant Analyst and Head of Primary Analysis at Reorg since November 2018. Oates has extensive experience as an Associate at various law firms, including Baker & Hostetler LLP, Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, Jenner & Block LLP, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Additionally, Oates gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for judges in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Oates holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Neurosciences from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan.
