Timothy Young II has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Reorg since April 2020. Prior to this role, Timothy held positions at Flatiron School from July 2018 to April 2020, including Student Experience Lead and Account Executive. Timothy began a career at Xylem Inc. as a Customer Success Manager from January 2017 to March 2018. Timothy holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, attended from 2012 to 2016, and graduated from Waterloo High School in 2012.
