Villory R. has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 with an internship at Walt Disney World where they focused on sales, customer service, and hospitality. Villory then worked as a Front Desk Representative at Encore Boston Harbor in 2019. In 2020, they joined Selby Jennings as a Recruitment Consultant for Legal and Compliance, where they displayed expertise in identifying high-caliber candidates for various banks, asset and wealth managers, and family offices. Following their time at Selby Jennings, they joined Larson Maddox in 2021 as a Senior Regulatory Recruitment Consultant, specializing in placing mid-level to executive-level regulatory professionals in companies across industries such as life sciences, finance, and TME. Currently, they are serving as a Client Success Manager at Reorg since 2023.

Villory R. completed their secondary education at Salem High School from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2015 to 2019.
