Gaëtan Thabot

Gaëtan Thabot currently serves as the VP of Business Development at Reown (formerly WalletConnect Inc.) since March 2025 and is an angel investor at SunDAO Ventures, focusing on open-source web3 projects. Thabot is a member of the Crypto Valley Association and previously held positions including Global Head of Protocols at Blockdaemon, where responsibilities included strategic relationships with blockchain protocols, and Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Velo Labs, contributing to the development of financial technology for tokenizing local currencies. Thabot's earlier experience includes roles at Interstellar, Positive Finance, Capgemini, and Agence Française de Développement, complemented by a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and a Master of Public Administration from Sciences Po.
