Matt Lea

Matt Lea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt began their career in 2011 as an Amateur Scouting Intern for the Detroit Tigers, where they later became an Area Scout and served for a total of seven years. In 2019, they transitioned to the real estate sector, working as a Real Estate Broker for The Porter Group - Den for six months. In the same year, they joined Rep Fitness and held multiple roles, including Warehouse Associate, Sustaining Engineering Technician, Lead Sustaining Engineering Technician, and Jr E-Commerce Product Manager. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of E-Commerce Product Manager.

Matt Lea received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance, General from the University of Louisville in 2010.
