Natalie Cleys

Natalie Cleys, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at REP Fitness since November 2022. Previously, Natalie held the Director of Human Resources position at Physician's Choice® from July 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included establishing comprehensive HR processes for a startup organization. Prior experience includes Senior Human Resources Business Partner roles at Garlock Pipeline Technologies and Tempur+Sealy International, overseeing HR functions for over 185 and 500 employees, respectively. Natalie's early career includes directing HR functions at Affinity Gaming, managing HR activities for 450+ employees, and supporting unemployment claims at TALX Corporation. Natalie holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center.
