Amber Frye

Amber Frye currently serves as the Director of Customer Solutions and Director of Customer Operations at Rep-Lite®, a role that began in August 2025. Prior to this, Amber held various positions at Acrisure from May 2019 to August 2025, including Director of HR Operations and Lead for Operational Excellence in HR. Amber's early career included positions such as HRIS Analyst at Lacks Enterprises and Senior HR Systems Coordinator at Viking Group, Inc., where work extended from May 2005 to May 2019. Amber Frye holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Kellogg Community College.
