Bernardo Pinheiro

Bernardo Pinheiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime and oil industries, currently serving as the Director of Commercial and Institutional Relations for Ultranav in Brazil since July 2022. Previously, Bernardo held the position of Country Manager for AET, overseeing commercial activities and operations in South America. Prior to that, Bernardo was the General Manager at Ultranav, where the joint venture formed under their leadership significantly expanded its operations and revenue. Bernardo's career began at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where a range of roles, including tanker broker and operations manager, facilitated the development of a robust client network throughout Latin America. Bernardo's academic credentials include an MSc in Maritime Studies from Escola de Guerra Naval, an extension course in Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, an MBA in Management of Oil & Gas Development Projects from IBP, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
