Katie Wexler

Katie Wexler, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources. Katie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Repair the World, a role they began in August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at the same company from November 2021 to August 2022. Before their time at Repair the World, Katie worked at Hillel International for several years. Their roles there included Director, Schusterman International Center Human Resources from July 2018 to May 2020, Assistant Director from August 2015 to June 2018, Manager of Professional Development and Special Projects from September 2012 to August 2015, Senior Associate of Grants & Accreditation from August 2008 to September 2012, and International Division Associate from July 2005 to August 2008. Katie also has prior experience as the Director of Young Professional Programs at the Partnership for Jewish Life and Learning from September 2003 to June 2005. Katie has been involved in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, professional development, employee relations, and off-boarding. Katie has also managed grant programs, coordinated accreditation visits, and implemented new hiring and onboarding processes.

Katie Wexler, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
