Amanda Leatherman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Clinical Data Management at Repare Therapeutics since November 2020. Before that, they held the position of Clinical Data Scientist (Manager) at Pfizer from July 2018 to October 2020, where they played a key role in data acquisition, management, and reporting for various clinical trials. Prior to Pfizer, Amanda worked as the Principal Clinical Data Scientist at GSK from September 2016 to June 2018. Amanda also has experience as a Principal Clinical Data Manager at PPD (September 2015 to September 2016), Sr. Project Data Manager at INC Research (December 2014 to August 2015), Lead Clinical Data Manager at Independent Consultant - Smith & Nephew Biotherapeutics (February 2014 to December 2014), and Lead Clinical Data Manager at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (February 2011 to February 2014). Amanda began their career as a Pharmaceutical Project Lead at Clinical Financial Services (July 2009 to February 2011) and has also worked as a Data Management Specialist II at Merck/Smith Hanley Consulting (February 2008 to July 2009) and as a Clinical Data Analyst at Omnicare Clinical Research (July 2007 to February 2008).
Amanda Leatherman has studied at Utica University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies. Amanda further continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
