Julia Yang

Associate Director, Clinical Scientist at Repare Therapeutics

Julia Yang has held multiple roles as a Clinical Scientist and Research Scientist throughout their career. Julia began their work experience as a Research Technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2010. Julia then moved on to work as a Research Associate at Georgetown University from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they joined Seattle Children's as a Research Scientist II from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2021, Julia worked at bluebird bio, where they held positions as a Sr. Associate Scientist I and II, as well as a Clinical Scientist. In 2021, they transitioned to a role as a Clinical Scientist at Graphite Bio, before joining Repare Therapeutics as an Associate Director, Clinical Scientist in 2022.

Julia Yang first completed their Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, French, and Chemistry at Loyola University Maryland from 2005 to 2009. Julia then pursued a certification in Project Management from Georgetown University in May 2014. Following that, they attended the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies for a short-term project management course in 2014. In May 2018, Julia obtained a certification in Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs from the University of Washington.
