Laura Alejandra Sánchez Guarnizo

Laura Alejandra Sánchez Guarnizo is a Climate Expert at repath since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in climate research and environmental engineering. Previous roles include Student Research Assistant positions at the University of Hamburg, focusing on seasonal predictability and data quality control, as well as climate change assessments at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Laura also served as an Environmental Engineer at Asociación Palmactiva and as an Environmental Engineer Assistant at ACODAL seccional Noroccidente, concentrating on solid waste management. With a Master of Science in Integrated Climate System Sciences from the University of Hamburg and a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Laura maintains a strong foundation in climate-related studies and practices.
