Liza Altena

Liza Altena has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales, portfolio management, business development, and leadership roles. Liza is currently a Co-Founder, CCO, CHRO, and Managing Director at repath since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales & Portfolio Management International Markets at DB E.C.O. Group from May 2021 to December 2021.

Between 2017 and 2021, Liza held various positions at DB Engineering & Consulting, including Head of International Business Development, Head of Business Development Core Markets - International Markets & Consulting, Head of Sales and Portfolio Management - International Markets & Consulting, and Assistant of the Managing Director International Markets & Consulting.

Liza also gained experience at DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH as a Working Student in the Sales Department and during a Bachelor Thesis Internship in 2016. Before that, they worked at Alumess as a Sales Representative and Marketing and Sales Intern from 2014 to 2016.

During their studies, they also participated in an exchange semester at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in 2015, where they focused on Economics & Business.
