Vaidyanathan Iyer

Vaidyanathan Iyer has extensive work experience in the field of auditing and internal finance. Vaidyanathan currently holds the position of Head of Internal Audit at Repco Home Finance Ltd, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at EY from June 2021 to February 2022. Vaidyanathan also has a background in auditing, having served as a Senior Auditor at Ocwen Financial Corporation - US from January 2015 to July 2020. Vaidyanathan has also worked as an Internal Audit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from August 2011 to December 2014. Early in their career, Vaidyanathan gained experience as an Assistant Director of Finance at Rawbank from November 2008 to February 2011, and as an Audit Assistant at K.N.Shah and Company from December 2001 to November 2008.

Vaidyanathan Iyer completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University Mumbai, from 1995 to 2000. After that, in 2005, they earned their CA Inter degree in Accounting and Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Later, in 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies with a focus on Finance from the Welingkar Institute of Management, completing it in 2016.
