Scott W. Groff

Scott W. Groff has over thirty years of experience in the semiconductor industry. In 1981, they began their career as President and CEO of Dentech Sales and Service, Inc., a manufacturer's representative company for the semiconductor equipment industry. During their tenure, they discovered an opportunity for electronic image archiving and began to develop the first electronic image archiving system for defect analysis in the semiconductor industry, known as VARS. In 1990, they became President and CEO of VARS, Inc., where they successfully tripled the company's net profit and doubled its revenue and employees every year from 1995-1997. In 1998, they moved on to KLA-Tencor as Vice President and General Manager. During their time there, they continued VARS successes with current clients and added new customers in Asia and Europe, increasing overall sales. In 2006, they became CEO of Repeated Signal Solutions, Inc. and in 2011, they became Chairman of SEE International, one of the largest ophthalmology practices in the world providing free cataract surgery for over 45,000 individuals annually in third world countries.

Scott W. Groff attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1968 to 1972. Scott W. then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University, graduating in 1976.
