Kathryn Urquhart

Kathryn (Lightbown) Urquhart, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Repertoire Immune Medicines since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn held positions at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities included Controller and Assistant Controller from September 2014 to October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 2007 to 2014. Kathryn earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University in 2008 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Merrimack College in 2007.
