Qianqian Dong

Qianqian Dong has a diverse work experience in the field of research and medicine. Qianqian is currently employed as a Research Associate at Repertoire Immune Medicines, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at Simcere Innovation as a Research Associate from April 2021 to February 2022, where they played a crucial role in the development of a novel CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors. Qianqian'sresponsibilities included characterizing CAR-T cells using lentiviral and retroviral delivery, as well as conducting extensive tissue culture.

Prior to that, Qianqian worked as a Research Laboratory Technician at Tufts University from July 2020 to April 2021, where they gained experience in laboratory techniques and protocols. Qianqian also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Tufts University School of Medicine from June 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they focused on the function of KIF13B/GAKIN protein in human and mouse platelets, conducting experiments such as platelet aggregation and secretion assays.

Qianqian'sthesis focused on the protective effects of pseudo-ginsenoside F11 on lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury in mice. Qianqian was responsible for taking care of mice, establishing a mouse model of lung injury, and conducting experiments to determine total protein levels in alveolar lavage fluid.
