Bailey Pashia

Bailey Pashia is an accomplished arts professional with extensive experience in event management and education within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships and Events at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis since October 2022, Pashia previously held the position of Individual Support and Events Manager at Metro Theater Company and was a Development Events Assistant at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis. Pashia's background also includes significant roles as Lead Wedding Photographer at Your Story Photo + Cinema, Performing Arts Department Head and Teaching Artist at DaySpring Arts and Education, Teaching Artist at STAGES St. Louis, and Administrative Assistant & Teaching Artist at Gateway Center for Performing Arts. Pashia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Western Illinois University.
