Emilie Weilbacher-McMullen

Emilie Weilbacher-McMullan is an experienced technical director and draftsperson with over a decade of involvement in the performing arts, currently serving as Associate Technical Director at Repertory Theatre of St. Louis and Opera Theatre of Saint Louis since 2010 and 2014, respectively. Emilie’s expertise includes drafting build drawings from designer specifications and supervising carpenters during set construction. Additionally, Emilie works at The Muny as a draftsperson, collaborating with a team to transform design concepts into practical builds. Emilie holds an MFA in Technical Direction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BFA in Technical Theatre from Webster University, complemented by an AutoCAD certification from St. Louis Community College.
