Bea Recoder

Bea Recoder is a fashion professional with extensive experience in accessories design and consultancy. As the Founder and Creative Director of RECO, a sustainable leather goods brand launched in 2021, Bea has demonstrated a commitment to innovative design. Current roles include Accessories Designer for Repetto Paris, focusing on redefining the bag line, and Freelance Designer and Consultant for various luxury brands, guiding the entire design process. Previous positions include Head Accessories Designer at Ludovic de Saint Sernin, where Bea created the brand’s first it-bag, and Leather Goods Designer at Amina Muaddi, responsible for evening and day bags. Bea's portfolio also includes leadership roles at ba&sh and CARVEN, along with significant contributions to Paco Rabanne and BYREDO. Bea holds a Master’s Degree in Fashion Design from the Institut Français de la Mode and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from Escola Superior de Disseny ESDi.
