Shu-Han Chang currently serves as the Area Manager for APAC at Repetto Paris since March 2023, overseeing 40 points of sale and e-commerce channels across China, Japan, and Korea, while managing key accounts and liaising with various support functions in headquarters. Prior to this role, Shu-Han Chang worked as a Sales Operations Officer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as a Consumer Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region. Experience also includes serving as a Business Analyst and Account Manager at Mincastle Co., Ltd. and as a Junior Marketing Project Manager at MINFORT. Educational background encompasses a Master's in Strategy & Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School, an exchange program at Saga University focused on Art and Regional Design, and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from National Chengchi University.
