Laura Mallo

Laura Mallo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laura began their career in 2006 as a Quality Technician at Caprabo. In 2008, they worked as a Quality Assurance professional at Sal Costa, S.L. and also joined TDV SL as an Audit Services employee. Later that year, they joined Forum Auditorias where they held two roles: Operations Administrator and eventually became the Head of Operations. In 2023, they joined Rephine as an Audit Operations Director. Throughout their career, Laura has gained expertise in auditing, operations management, customer service, and quality assurance.

Laura Mallo completed their education in a chronological manner. Laura first attended the Universitat de Barcelona from 1998 to 2003, where they received a degree in Biology with a focus on Biology, General. In 2003, they pursued further education at CESIF, obtaining a Master's degree in Science and Technology of Food, specializing in Technology and Control of Food. In 2016, Laura attended Esade for a short period to study Leadership and Team Management.

In addition to their formal education, Laura Mallo has also obtained various certifications. Laura completed a course on Agile Meets Design Thinking from Coursera in July 2020. In April 2019, they acquired a certificate in Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure, also from Coursera. Laura further enhanced their knowledge and skills in leadership by completing courses on Applications of Everyday Leadership and Foundations of Everyday Leadership, both from Coursera Course Certificates, in August and June 2018 respectively. Lastly, Laura holds a Certificate in Advanced English from the British Council, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
