Previously, Dimitris served as the Vice President at NCFI Polyurethanes, transforming foam pouring operations and achieving significant improvements in efficiency and quality. With a strong background in sales and operations from roles at INOAC CORPORATION and INOAC USA, Dimitris has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and commitment to mentoring future leaders. They hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, a Master's degree from Marshall University, and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
