Lynn Mayo

Lynn Mayo has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lynn is currently a Co-Founder at RePicture, a Public Benefit Corporation that aims to provide better engineering career outcomes for all. Lynn plays a key role in using stories of engineers and engineering projects to make engineering more attractive and accessible.

Prior to their role at RePicture, Lynn worked at AECOM for 27 years, starting in 1991. Lynn held the position of VP, North America Water Resources Technical Practice Leader. In this role, they helped offices nationwide leverage technologies and resources and oversaw AECOM's Water Resources National Technology Practice Network.

In addition to their work at AECOM, Lynn served as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University in the year 2000. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Engineer at The Engineering Groupe, Inc. in 1989, and at Dewberry & Davis from 1985 to 1989.
