Michael Seibert

Michael Seibert began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Editor at Postmasters. In 1995, they became an Avid Editor at Evergreen Communications in Nashville, TN. In 1996, they moved to SunTrust Bank where they served as Video Manager and Marketing Specialist. In 1998, they became Edit Suite Supervisor at RTÉ Commercial Studios. From 2012 to 2015, they completed their MSc. in Computer Science at UCD, where they learned design, languages, mobile development, databases, web technologies, IDEs, servers/tools, and APIs. In 2014, they started working as a Sustaining Engineer at Logentries. From 2015 to 2022, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Pilz Ireland where they developed with Java, Javascript, React and web-tech stack frameworks, as well as UI automation testing using Cucumber and Puppeteer. Currently, they are a Software Development Engineer at Replan, where they are a Full-Stack Developer working in Java, Javascript and React and web-tech stack frameworks, as well as UI automation testing using Cucumber and Puppeteer.

Michael Seibert obtained their MSc. in Computer Science from University College Dublin between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Mass Communication & English double major from St. Ambrose University between 1988 and 1992.
