Benjamin Gleitzman is the Co-Founder and CTO of Replicant, a Voice AI platform that allows machines to listen, think fast, and speak more naturally and intelligently than ever before. With a highly-skilled team of deep thinkers from technology and the arts, they are tackling a big industry using powerful machine learning algorithms and a keen ear for the aesthetics of voice communication.

Prior to Replicant, Gleitzman was the CTO and Co-Founder of MONA - A Healing Museum, a non-drug, non-invasive Virtual Reality Therapy platform used by doctors to safely and effectively treat pain, discomfort, and anxiety. With a team of technologists, artists, and medical professionals, they created personalized Editions with easy-to-design Stories and simple-to-use controls that made their platform a hit with doctors, medical staff, and most importantly patients.

Gleitzman's passion for technology started early on in their career as a Senior Software Engineer at eBay, where they worked for six years developing software that was used by millions of people around the world. Benjamin then went on to co-found Ruse Laboratories, where they spent six years developing innovative new products in the fields of consumer electronics and biotechnology.

Benjamin Gleitzman attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010, where they studied electrical engineering and computer science. Benjamin was also involved in activities and societies such as The Tech, Theta Chi, and WMBR Radio. From 2004 to 2005, they attended Okaman Kenritsu Tamano Koko, a high school in Okayama, Japan.
