Carolina Manterola, PMP

Carolina Manterola, PMP, has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carolina began their career as a Software Developer intern at Ministère des Ressources naturelles in 2005. Carolina then worked as a Software Developer at Industrielle Alliance from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Grupo Salinas as an IT Project Lead and later became a Project Manager until 2013. Carolina then transitioned to AlignPro and worked as a Project Manager for a brief period in 2013.

In 2014, Carolina joined Hoopa as an IT Project Manager and stayed there until 2016. Carolina then joined True Group, Inc. in 2016 as a Management Consultant and subsequently held various roles including Engagement Manager and Sr. Engagement Manager. During their time at True Group, Inc., they contributed to the company's success and developed their project management skills.

Carolina also had a role at PMI Chicagoland Chapter in 2017, where they served as the Director of Social Outreach. Carolina'sresponsibilities included leading and managing social outreach initiatives.

Most recently, they joined Replicant in 2022 as a Senior Engagement Manager, where they currently hold a leadership position. Carolina'sexpertise in project management and engagement makes their a valuable asset to the organization.
