Rachael Lester

Rachael Lester has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachael currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at Replicate Bioscience, Inc. starting from July 2023. Prior to this, they were a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders, starting from August 2021.

From July 2021 to July 2023, Rachael served as the SVP of Business Development & Corporate Strategy at Harpoon Therapeutics. Before that, they were the VP of Corporate Development at the same company from September 2017 to July 2021.

Rachael has also worked as the VP of Product & Marketing at Bruin Biometrics, LLC from September 2014 to September 2017. Rachael held the position of Head of Strategic Asset Management at Onyx Pharmaceuticals from June 2012 to August 2014.

During their earlier career, Rachael worked as a consultant at Deloitte from September 2007 to October 2012. Rachael started their career as an Associate at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) from 2005 to 2007. Rachael also had brief experiences at Pfizer and Paul Capital Partners as a Marketing Associate and Analyst respectively in 2004 and 2003.

Rachael Lester has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Rachael also holds an MBA degree in Finance from the London Business School. Additionally, Rachael has obtained another MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
