Iraj Gashgaee

Iraj Gashgaee is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a robust background in product and process development spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Repligen Corporation since July 2021, Iraj is responsible for the design of self-contained disposable tangential flow filtration devices. Prior roles include significant contributions at Entegris and EMD Millipore, where responsibilities encompassed the design of precision dispense mechanisms, chemical concentration monitors, and gas filtration systems across various stages from conceptual design to production. Iraj's earlier career includes engineering positions at Thermo-Craft Engineering and Engineering Dynamics Corporation, focusing on manufacturing tooling, computerized medical equipment, and industrial robotics systems. Iraj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
