Jim Bylund

Jim Bylund joined Repligen in March of 2020 as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and IT. Prior to joining Repligen, Jim spent ten years at Thermo Fisher Scientific in a number of roles including Vice President and General Manager of the Single Use Technologies Business Unit and Vice President of Global Operations for the Bioproduction Division. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Jim also worked for Fiserv (9 years) and Eli Lilly and Company (7 years) in a variety of leadership roles. Jim has significant experience in managing multiple operating sites across the globe and scaling operations to meet rapidly growing demand. Jim is a passionate proponent of continuous improvement and has consistently demonstrated the ability to assemble and grow highly effective teams. He received a B.S in Accounting from Utah State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
